Valid for all products, digital services, subscriptions, and "Done For You" (DFY) packages

1. Agreement to Terms
By using any product or service provided by AI-Copilots, including digital products, self-paced courses, consultations, subscriptions, or DFY packages, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services
AI-Copilots provides AI-supported products and services in the areas of personalized video marketing, strategic consulting, training, and workflow automation. Specific features are detailed on our website and/or in service agreements.

3. User Accounts
To access some products or services, you may need to create an account. You’re responsible for protecting your credentials and for any activity under your account.

4. Payment Terms
All fees are due as specified at purchase or in your purchase or service agreement. Subscriptions are billed in advance. DFY packages follow agreed terms. Prices include applicable VAT if required by law. Payment authorizes us to charge your method on file.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, and platforms are the intellectual property of AI-Copilots or its licensors. You receive a license to use outputs as outlined in your agreement, not to resell or misuse them.

6. User Content
If you submit materials (e.g., data, scripts, visuals), you confirm you own the rights and authorize us to use them for service delivery. You remain responsible for the legality and quality of submitted content.

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services in any way that violates laws, infringes rights, or spreads harmful content.

8. Warranties
All services are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee specific results or that platforms will be error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability
We are liable only for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us for damages arising from unlawful use of our services or breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Munich, unless otherwise required by consumer law.

12. Termination
You may cancel at any time; we may also terminate access if terms are violated. After termination, access ends, and user data will be deleted after 30 days (with limited backup retention).

13. Modifications
We reserve the right to change these Terms. Updates will be posted on our site. Continued use implies acceptance.

1. Geltungsbereich & Vertragsschluss
Mit der Nutzung von Angeboten der AI-Copilots, einschließlich digitaler Produkte, Online-Kurse, Beratungen, Abos oder Services, erkennen Sie diese AGB an. Wenn Sie diesen Bedingungen nicht zustimmen, dürfen Sie unsere Services nicht nutzen.

2. Leistungsbeschreibung
AI-Copilots bietet KI-gestützte Leistungen im Bereich personalisiertes Videomarketing, strategische Beratung, Schulung und Automatisierung an. Leistungsinhalte sind auf der Website oder im jeweiligen Angebot beschrieben.

3. Nutzerkonto
Für bestimmte Leistungen ist ein Konto erforderlich. Sie sind für sichere Verwahrung Ihrer Zugangsdaten verantwortlich und haften für Aktivitäten unter Ihrem Konto.

4. Zahlungsbedingungen
Gebühren sind wie im Angebot oder beim Kauf angegeben fällig. Abos werden im Voraus abgerechnet. Service Pakete nach individueller Vereinbarung. Preise verstehen sich ggf. inkl. gesetzlicher Umsatzsteuer. Sie erteilen uns mit Angabe Ihrer Zahlungsmethode die Erlaubnis zur Abbuchung.

5. Urheberrechte
Sämtliche Inhalte, Tools und Plattformen sind geistiges Eigentum der AI-Copilots oder Lizenzgeber. Sie erhalten eine nicht übertragbare Nutzungslizenz – keine Rechte zur Weiterveräußerung.

6. Nutzerinhalte
Wenn Sie Inhalte bereitstellen (z. B. Daten, Texte, Grafiken), sichern Sie zu, die Rechte daran zu besitzen. Sie erteilen uns eine Nutzungsberechtigung zur Vertragserfüllung und haften für rechtliche Zulässigkeit und Qualität.

7. Nutzungsrichtlinien
Sie verpflichten sich, unsere Services nicht gesetzeswidrig, missbräuchlich oder zur Verbreitung schädlicher Inhalte zu verwenden.

8. Haftungsausschluss
Unsere Leistungen erfolgen "wie gesehen" ohne Gewähr. Es wird keine bestimmte Funktionalität oder Ergebnisgarantie übernommen.

9. Haftungsbegrenzung
Wir haften nur bei Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit. Die Haftung ist auf die Summe der von Ihnen im letzten Jahr gezahlten Entgelte beschränkt.

10. Freistellung
Sie stellen uns frei von Ansprüchen Dritter, die durch Ihre rechtswidrige Nutzung oder Verletzung dieser AGB entstehen.

11. Recht & Gerichtsstand
Es gilt deutsches Recht. Gerichtsstand ist München, sofern nicht zwingendes Verbraucherschutzrecht etwas anderes vorsieht.

12. Kündigung
Sie können jederzeit kündigen; wir können bei AGB-Verstößen kündigen. Nach Kündigung endet der Zugang, Ihre Daten werden nach 30 Tagen gelöscht (ausgenommen Backup).

13. Änderungen
Wir können diese AGB ändern. Änderungen werden auf unserer Website veröffentlicht. Die weitere Nutzung gilt als Zustimmung.
